How I Can Help
Areas of Focus, Services, and Approaches at WiseBridge Therapy
Do you know the changes you’d like to make but feel unsure about how to get there? Asking for help takes courage, and I’m glad you’re considering the first step. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term guidance, I’ll work with you toward your goals.
I see couples, adults, and adolescents (12+) in Missoula and throughout Montana navigating life challenges and stress, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, substance use, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I value each client’s individuality, culture, lived experience, and identity, including LGBTQ+.
I collaborate with clients to shape therapy around their needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and, for couples, the Gottman Method often provide the framework, while empowerment, mindfulness, and grounding guide my approach. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and other perspectives to support lasting growth and change.
Our work together will be guided by your goals and paced according to your comfort and readiness. My role is to support you in the present while helping you build lasting skills and strategies for the future. With confidence, clarity, and self-determination, change is possible.
If this sounds like the support you’re seeking, I invite you to reach out.

Who I Am As a Therapist…
I have a background with the Missoula Mobile Support Team (MST) helping people experiencing acute mental health crises and I (happily) have a former career as an attorney. These roles have shaped my calm, steady approach and deepened my commitment to clients as they navigate life’s most challenging moments.
My approach is collaborative and paced to your comfort, with an emphasis on understanding what’s happening now and building skills that carry forward beyond therapy.
When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, floating on or flyfishing in a river, cooking, and playing music.

The Meaning Behind “WiseBridge”
WiseBridge Therapy reflects a deliberately broad and multifaceted vision of counseling and change. The name WiseBridge draws on the image of a bridge as both a connector and a passage, linking where someone is now with where they want to go, and helping span gaps between insight and action, emotion and reason, struggle and stability.
The word Wise emphasizes grounded judgment, practical skills, and thoughtful perspective, rather than abstract theory alone, honoring both evidence-based approaches and lived experience.
Together, the name captures the collaborative nature of therapy: building something solid, supportive, and intentional that you can rely on as you move forward, whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship issues, or life changes. The focus is not on fixing people, but on providing support now and skills for what’s next.
